About Us
iFAST Capital provides a comprehensive range of services such as assisting in dealing, investment administration, research support, IT services and backroom functions to financial planners.
The company has obtained a license for dealing in securities and investment advice under the Capital Markets and Services Act. Its wholly owned subsidiary, FA Corporate and Compliance Consultancy Sdn Bhd provides services for applicants who want to be a registered CUTA with the Federation of Investment Managers Malaysia.
iFAST Capital Sdn Bhd is part of the iFAST group of companies which are spread across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong. iFAST Capital is a subsidiary of iFAST-OSK Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between OSK Investment Bank Bhd and Singapore’s iFAST Corporation Pte Ltd.
iFAST Corporation Pte Ltd has two corporate shareholders - SPH AsiaOne Ltd, the Internet arm of Singapore’s largest media group Singapore Press Holdings and DMG & Partners Securities Pte Ltd (51% owned by OSK Investment Bank Bhd and 49% owned by Deutsche Bank).
iFAST Corporation’s subsidiary in Singapore, iFAST Financial Pte Ltd is the country’s premier financial advisory wealth management platform. It services more than 50 financial adviser firms, financial institutions and over 2,000 financial adviser representatives. iFAST Financial holds the Capital Markets Services license and the Financial Adviser license issued by the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the company is also one of Singapore’s three appointed Central Provident Board investment administrators.
Meanwhile, iFAST (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is a wholly owned subsidiary of iFAST Corporation and iFAST (HK) holds a Type 1 License for dealing and a Type 4 License for Advisory issued by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong. As for iFAST’s business in India, the company formed iFAST Financial (India) Pvt Ltd through a joint venture with one of the world’s largest bank, Deutsche Bank.
